Hello my friends, and welcome – it’s great to know you’re there! If you’re one of the regular readers of our European blog, then you’ll know a little about us already. For those of you who are reading about us for the first time, here’s some brief background information.

Tim and I (Barbara) got together when, shall we say, we were a little more mature, and, both of us having a desire to travel and have adventures before we get too old, bought a motorhome in 2016. Since then, we have spent many months travelling (and singing!) around Europe, visiting Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Holland, Slovenia, Austria, Croatia and Italy, and having lots of adventures on our way. This trip, however, we’re leaving our motorhome in England, and flying off to Australia – hoping to avoid the dreadful fires there – to spend a few weeks with my daughter Helen, her husband, Andy, and their children, Hannah (9), Ruby (7) and Jake (4). From there, we head off for Vietnam, then Cambodia and finally Thailand. With a bit of luck and some decent internet, I’m planning to write a little (or maybe a lot!) about the places we visit and hope you’ll enjoy reading about them!
